Police: Body found on Lake Johnson trail

RALEIGH, N.C. -

A body was found on a Lake Johnson trail in west Raleigh Saturday morning.

Police and EMS located the body along the vicinity of the greenway. 

Lake Johnson is located at 4601 Avent Ferry Road, close to the campus of N.C. State University. 

Raleigh police spokesperson Jim Sughrue said the person's death was ruled a suicide.

Authorities are looking for a blonde woman who is driving a black Camaro and has a 4-year-old child in the vehicle with her. Police said the man was responsive and talking, he is being taken to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. The incident occurred on Tibet Road.
